Egypt and Israel have a peace treaty with one another… Just imagine if the UK, Sweden, France proposed such a measure. There would be a massive outcry in the streets. And if – God forbid – Israel were to propose such an inhumane measure, the country would be debated in the Permanent Anti-Israel Subcommittee of the UN Security Council before the first protesters even started making their first Molotov cocktail.
The following is what passes for normal discourse on Egyptian TV: a female lawyer who incites Muslim men to rape Jewish and Israeli women as part of the global intifada to “free Palestine”. The “Ship to Gaza” propaganda spectacle also ran under the banner of “Free Palestine”. By which they mean “Rid Israel of the Jews”.
They want to “Free Palestine” through murder, mass rapes, suicide bombings, rocket attacks on kindergartens and schools and EU- and UN-subsidised propaganda – at the same time as they firmly deny the only two demands Israel has: (1) stop firing rockets at the Jewish nation’s civilians (thus far 10,000 missiles from Hamas in Gaza) and (2) stop kidnapping Israeli teenagers and using them in the macabre yet time-honoured Arab pastime of human trafficking.
Two demands that are simply too much for the “humanitarian” Hamas supporters behind Ship to Gaza.

Read the interview with the family of one of the deceased. His wife and children relate that Ali Aydar Bengi joined the convoy with the specific intention of dying on camera so as to create negative publicity against the Jewish state of Israel. Grotesque reality-TV, propaganda, Islamic fanaticism – call it what you want, but just don’t refer to it as an “aid convoy” or a “peace mission”. These pictures of the weapons the “peaceful humanitarians” used to attack the Israeli police action belie that claim.

It appears that Bengi, who left behind a wife and 4 children, had prayed day after day before his trip to Gaza, that he would become a martyr.

There is great sorrow in the house of Ali Aydar Bengi from Diyarbakır, who became a martyr during the operation of the Israeli soldiers against the ship carrying aid to Palestine. It appears that Bengi, who left behind a wife and 4 children, had prayed day after day before his trip to Gaza, that he would become a martyr.
There is much sadness in the house of Ali Haydar Bengi in the Kayapınar District. He took the trip to Gaza while holding a position in one of the civil assistance associations called Ayder. All Bengi’s friends and everybody who loved him are filling the house to express their condolences to his wife and children. Bengi’s wife, Saniye Bengi, said that she felt proud when she received the news that her husband had become a martyr. Saniye Bengi added that she talked to her husband while he was in Mersin before leaving for Gaza and added, ”Since my husband studied in Egypt he knew the situation of the Moslems there very well. This is why he was active in the civilian assistance association. He was helping the oppressed and poor. We have wanted to go to Palestine for many years. He was always praying to become a martyr.”
With tears in her eyes, Saniye Bengi pointed out that she was sorry that her husband became a martyr, but she was also proud. She added :”This is a great source of pride for us. I thank the Almighty that I am now a martyr’s wife, and my children are martyr’s children.” She also said the she cursed Israel and added “May God punish them.“
Semanur, who was crying for her father, said that she tried to call him after the attack on the ship, but couldn’t reach him. She added,” My father called me while we was in Mersin. He said : my child, don’t worry about me. I want to become a martyr.”
One of Bengi’s other daughters, Senanur Bengi, said “I love my father very much. I miss him a lot. He asked me if I want something. I replied him that I hope he would become a martyr.”
We have been informed that Ali Haydar Bengi graduated from the Faculty of Theology at El Azhar University in Egypt and that for 10 years he was the owner of a mobile telephones repair service
In order to put this well-orchestrated Islamic attack on Israel into a broader perspective, watch the following film clip, which comments on the USA’s lack of principle and ethics under the Obama administration. Just 18 months after then-US presidential candidate Barack Obama declaimed that “Israel’s security is the USA’s security – anyone who attacks Israel attacks the USA”, today’s President Hussein Obama, now comfortably ensconced in the White House, leads the Islamic attack on the Jewish state.
Hussein Obama expressed his dismay at the fact that Israel chose to board the blockade-busting convoy. There have been many statements to the effect that Israel’s actions constitute “piracy” and that they were “illegal”. There is a whole raft of UN documentation that unequivocally proves Israel’s complete and inalienable right to act precisely as it did. Israel was right, and the Islamists and their collaborators – from Stockholm to Dublin, from Ankara to Washington – were wrong. The massively expensive “aid” they delivered, including out-of-date medicines that would likely kill their recipients, is now rotting in a warehouse in Israel because Hamas refuses to receive it. Nine lives were lost to deliver this aid – that’s what Islamist Hamas thinks about the sanctity of human life.
The solution is simple: Israel should take the choicest items from the “aid” shipment and distribute it free of charge to Israelis living on the West Bank. You know, the “settlers”. The Islamists already have their propaganda victory, now it’s time for Israeli Jews to enjoy the fruits of the 17 million dollar donation so generously given by the Islamists.
Of course they’ll have to destroy the potentially lethal out-of-date medicines first. An environmental burden to add to the many problems Islamism continues to cause the world over.
Nine people died on board the Turkish vessel Mavi Marmara. Their death was planned by the other Islamists on board – it was all part of the drama designed to create headlines damaging to Israel and to support the Islamist terror organisation Hamas. It’s a depressingly familiar scenario in the Arab and Muslim worlds – the priority is cheap stagecraft rather than the sanctity of human life.
Information received suggests that about 40 or 50 of the Islamist “peace activists” had neither passports nor any other ID on them.
However what these “peace activists” did have was ceramic body armour (which is the type used by the military), they were wearing gas masks, some were equipped with night-vision goggles and they were armed with knives, clubs and axes. Upon their arrest most were also found to be carrying envelopes stuffed with several thousand dollars. The Israeli authorities suspect that they are all al Qaeda mercenaries.
But it all started well before anyone was arrested. Here is footage of how the Islamists attacked the Israeli servicemen while they were still in their own vessel, before any Israeli had set foot on the Turkish vessel. The attackers used steel chains, iron rods and a stun grenade to attack the soldiers.
Two of the “peace activists” were arrested with hot (that is to say recently used) pistols in their hands, but the magazines were empty. Depending on how many rounds each magazine took, this would indicate that between about 18 and 24 bullets were fired by the Islamists.
This may well explain why as many as nine people died – in true Islamist style they were “sacrificed” by their own compatriots so as to create exciting images on TV and in order to vilify Israel as the perpetrator in the ensuing propaganda feeding-frenzy.
As per standard practice the Israeli soldiers shot at their attackers’ legs – and then only after they had been shot at, stabbed and clubbed with axes and iron rods and been fired upon with powerful slingshots. The fatalities, however, show bullet wounds in the stomach, chest and other vital body parts. The discrepancy is remarkable.
A subsequent investigation will undoubtedly bring more clarity to this situation.
So the Islamist attackers were equipped and armed for war even before they set sail. Swedish left-wing author Henning Mankell and extremist fanatic Dror Feiler, however, continue to maintain that there was “not even a nailfile” on board the ship.
