The truth about the UN – and about Israel

Sunday, December 2nd, 2012

This short video clip delivers a few well-expressed truths about the UN, about Israel, and about the “Palestinian state” and its fanatical backers in the Arab and wider Muslim worlds, aided and abetted by countries notorious for their serial human rights abuses.

Why Hamas, why now?

Friday, November 16th, 2012
Many people wonder why it is that Hamas chose this particular time to escalate a situation that they cannot possibly militarily win.

There is an answer that seems to have escaped the experts: Iran is a very short way away from completing the embedding of its nuclear programme. The mullahs need something to take the heat off Tehran. Raising the pressure in Syria, allowing it to spill over into the Lebanon and the Golan, is one part of the Iranian diversion.
The main diversion, however, is a massive, all-encompassing war, not a mere battle, between Israel and Iran’s Hamas proxies at a safe distance away from Tehran. It needs to be a long-drawn-out affair, with Iranian-made rockets fired by Islamist Hamas into Jerusalem, where they risk destroying the al-Aqsa mosque, because that will further inflame the situation and focus attention away from the Iranian nuclear programme.
Hopefully Jerusalem, Washington, London, Berlin and Paris all have their multifocals on and have the ability to look at both pictures simultaneously. Otherwise today’s events are going to pale into insignificance compared to what’s coming tomorrow, once the Iranian nuclear programme is safely entrenched deep underground.
The people of Gaza are being deliberately sacrificed by the Iranians via their Hamas proxies. The potential for the destruction of revered Islamic holy sites by Islamist Iranian rockets fired by Islamist Gazans just ratchets it up still further – and this bitter irony seems to have totally escaped the mainstream media.
Islamism is truly a global political problem, one that needs to be crushed for the benefit of Islam, not least.

Why Muslims Hate Jews

Saturday, August 4th, 2012

Nonie Darwish reveals frightening core issues in her latest analysis “Why Muslims Must Hate Jews”.

Her analysis reveals a process and a psyche that the West routinely chooses to ignore owing to its obsession with Political Correctness.

She writes: “In the eyes of Mohammed and Muslims, the mere existence of the Jewish people, let alone an entire Jewish state, delegitimizes Islam and makes Mohammed look more like a mass murderer than like a prophet.”

And no, before some professional armchair reactionary sounds off the usual automatic condemnations and protests: this is not a case of tarring all Muslims with the same brush. Peaceful, law-abiding Muslims do not agree with the racism of extremist fanatics in their midst and it would be stupid to lump such people – the majority of Muslims, we are told – together with the extremists and their skewered interpretation of Islam.

The problem, however, is that very few of the majority moderate Muslims actually stake their own claim to Islam; the only voice that is heard is that of the increasingly extremist and aggressive Islamists. There is little doubt that moderate Muslims are at severe threat by their more extremist co-religionists and one has to feel concern for their safety, and sympathy for their plight.

But this begs the question: is it fair that just because moderate Muslims are beaten into submission by their own co-religionists, the non-Muslim world must also acquiesce to a position of subservience? Must Jews and Christians by definition have to pay the price for the inability of moderate Muslims to claim their own religion?

Nonie Darwish thinks otherwise.
