This is very definitely NOT a photo that B’Tselem wishes to have made public – after all it shows an Israeli soldier with his hands behind his back while a Palestinian Arab thug is millimetres away from his face trying desperately to provoke him.
And watch the keffiyeh-clad photographer waiting to spring into action – there isn’t going to be a photo until the soldier responds. And then there’ll be the usual cacophony of protests from professional armchair protesters in Human Rights Watch, the EU, the UN, Amnesty International and the ICRC.
These idiots need to grow up and face the reality that Israeli soldiers face every single day – minus the professional Pallywood sheen that has so blinded public opinion in recent years.
